Automatic address labelling allowed JRunnin to save several hours each day and improve customer service.

When we started, JRunnin were manually copying address data from eBay into word documents to print shipping labels, and then manually entering those details in a shipping book to generate a receipt for royal mail, taking several hours each day. When we finished, the address data was collected automatically from PayPal and formatted into a PDF to print out onto label paper each day. Each label has a barcode which is scanned when the item is dispatched, along with the Royal Mail tracking barcode. This allows J-Runnin to automatically produce dispatch documentation for Royal Mail, and automatically email customers with a tracking barcode when their parcel leaves the warehouse.
